Alle Hersteller von Industriechemikalien, die Chemikalien einf\u00fchren, m\u00fcssen ihre Einfuhr oder Herstellung (Einf\u00fchrung) in die folgenden Kategorien einteilen: gelistete Einf\u00fchrung, freigestellte Einf\u00fchrung, gemeldete Einf\u00fchrung, bewertete Einf\u00fchrung, kommerzielle Bewertung, bevor sie sie in das australische Hoheitsgebiet einf\u00fchren.<\/p><p>Wenn die Einf\u00fchrung im australischen Inventar der Industriechemikalien (das Inventar) aufgef\u00fchrt ist, wird sie als gelistete Einf\u00fchrung eingestuft und kann unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen (falls vorhanden) auf den Markt gebracht werden. To ensure compliance all introducers must keep records and documentation for all industrial chemical(s) introduced by them for a minimum period of 5 years.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Identity Records for the Chemical \u2013 e.g. molecular formula, CAS registry number, chemical name.<\/li>\n  <li>Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the introduced chemical(s) \u2013 These must be able to be accessed by the introducer and made available to the end user as required by the Code for the Manufacture of Industrial Chemicals (CMIC).<\/li>\n  <li>A description of the risk assessment information used to identify health and environmental hazards of the industrial chemical present and the effects that they have on human health and the environment.<\/li>\n  <li>The volume at which you import\/ manufacture a chemical \u2013 used to calculate the registration level and AICIS fees that you pay.<\/li>\n  <li>Exposure scenarios: information describing how the introduced chemical is used and managed, how it is handled and how it should be disposed of.<\/li>\n  <li>Introduction category justification: The justification for introducing a chemical under a particular introduction category (listed, exempted, reported, assessed or commercial evaluation).<\/li>\n  <li>Records that provide evidence of calculation of declared volumes of introduced industrial chemicals (e.g. commercial invoices; orders; airway bills; receipts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><em>Note that AICIS may require documentation to be provided within 20 working days.
