Der aktuelle Entwurf sieht eine INP von 180 Tagen vor, gerechnet ab dem Inkrafttreten der ICMSR. Stoffe, die w\u00e4hrend der INP angemeldet werden, gelten als Altstoffe.\u00a0<\/p><p>Stoffe, die w\u00e4hrend des INP nicht angemeldet wurden, werden als neue Stoffe betrachtet. Wenn sie in Mengen von mehr als 1 TPA auf dem indischen Markt in Verkehr gebracht werden, m\u00fcssen sie mindestens 60 Tage vor dem Inverkehrbringen auf indischem Territorium angemeldet werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddf09c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ddf09c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Anmeldung<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f223b40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f223b40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Anmeldung m\u00fcssen einige Stoffe registriert werden, wenn sie in Mengen von mehr als 1 TPA in indisches Hoheitsgebiet gelangen. Diese Stoffe m\u00fcssen auch registriert werden, wenn sie in Erzeugnissen, aus denen sie freigesetzt werden sollen oder k\u00f6nnen, in Mengen von mehr als 1 Tonne pro Hersteller oder Importeur und Jahr enthalten sind.\u00a0<\/p><p>Das ICMSR verfolgt bei der Registrierung einen Listenansatz. Alle in Liste II aufgef\u00fchrten Stoffe m\u00fcssen innerhalb von 18 Monaten nach ihrer Aufnahme in die Liste registriert werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Zwischenprodukte - Stoffe, die f\u00fcr die Herstellung, den Verbrauch oder die Umwandlung in andere Stoffe bei der chemischen Verarbeitung verwendet werden - unterliegen ebenfalls Registrierungspflichten, die je nach ihrer Menge und ihrer Lagerung oder Bef\u00f6rderung variieren.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f914748 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f914748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Berichterstattung<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3f8d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3f8d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p>Die bei der Anmeldung und Registrierung gemachten Angaben m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig aktualisiert werden.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>F\u00fcr alle gemeldeten Stoffe muss in den ersten 60 Tagen des Kalenderjahres ein Jahresbericht erstellt werden. Dieser Bericht muss alle \u00c4nderungen gegen\u00fcber den zum Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung \u00fcbermittelten Informationen sowie die tats\u00e4chliche Menge der in das Indianergebiet verbrachten Stoffe (einschlie\u00dflich etwaiger Geb\u00fchren\u00e4nderungen) enthalten.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>\u00c4nderungen an den bei der Registrierung vorgelegten Informationen m\u00fcssen, wenn sie sich auf das Gefahren- oder Risikomanagement auswirken, innerhalb von 60 Tagen, nachdem der Registrierende von den \u00c4nderungen Kenntnis erlangt hat, mitgeteilt Indian manufacturers and importers are required to comply with the ICMSR, which also contains some obligations for Downstream Users.\u00a0 Foreign entities wishing to place products in the Indian market should appoint an Authorized Representative (AR) to act and comply with the ICMSR on their behalf. Notification is required for all substances that are in quantity above 1 Tonne Per Annum (TPA). What are the main obligations under ICMSR?
