Das Chemikaliengesetz regelt den Umgang mit Chemikalien, die Sicherheit im Umgang mit Chemikalien, die Rechte und Pflichten von Organisationen und Einzelpersonen, die mit Chemikalien umgehen, sowie die staatliche Verwaltung des Umgangs mit Chemikalien. Die wichtigste Beh\u00f6rde, die f\u00fcr die Verwaltung von Chemikalien zust\u00e4ndig ist, ist das Ministerium f\u00fcr Industrie und Handel (MOIT). Das vietnamesische Chemikalienrecht wird durch verschiedene Verordnungen unterst\u00fctzt. Die\u00a0<strong>Erlass Nr. 113\/2017\/ND-CP zur Festlegung und Bereitstellung von Leitlinien f\u00fcr die Umsetzung bestimmter Artikel des Gesetzes \u00fcber Chemikalien<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>die 2017 aktualisiert wurde, enth\u00e4lt detaillierte Vorschriften \u00fcber Chemikalienlisten, Lizenzen, Klassifizierung, Pl\u00e4ne\/Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr chemische Zwischenf\u00e4lle, Sicherheitsschulungen, Deklarationen usw. Stoffe, die nicht im Verzeichnis aufgef\u00fchrt sind, werden als neue Stoffe betrachtet und m\u00fcssen registriert werden, bevor sie in Vietnam verwendet, eingef\u00fchrt oder hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. Bislang k\u00f6nnen Unternehmen f\u00fcnfmal Stoffe f\u00fcr das Inventar nominieren. Das Verzeichnis enth\u00e4lt etwa 40.000 Stoffe. Die neue Frist f\u00fcr die Einreichung von Stoffen ist\u00a0<strong>15. April 2021<\/strong>. B. Kaufvertrag, Rechnungen usw.)<\/li><\/ul><p>Die vietnamesische Beh\u00f6rde wird die Stoffe bewerten und entscheiden, ob sie in das Verzeichnis aufgenommen werden Substances that are not listed on the inventory will be considered as new substances and require registration before they can be used, imported, or produced in Vietnam.
