Die Einrichtung eines nationalen Normungsgremiums in Indien st\u00fctzt sich auf das 2016 erlassene Gesetz \u00fcber das Bureau of Indian Standards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zu den Zielen des BIS-Gesetzes geh\u00f6rt die harmonische Entwicklung der Aktivit\u00e4ten in den Bereichen Normung, Konformit\u00e4tsbewertung und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung von Waren, Artikeln, Verfahren, Systemen und Dienstleistungen. Die zust\u00e4ndige Beh\u00f6rde ist das Bureau of Indian Standards. werden, einschlie\u00dflich:\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Erforderliches Dokument<\/li><li>Dokumentation und Antragstellung\u00a0<\/li><li>Werksinspektion durch indischen Pr\u00fcfer<\/li><li>Bereitstellung von Testmustern durch die AIR und Durchf\u00fchrung der Tests<\/li><li>Kennzeichnung und Etikettierung von Produkten mit den Standard- oder ISI-Zeichen f\u00fcr die BIS-Zertifizierung<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f223b40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f223b40\" eine Reihe von Chemikalien durch die BIS-Regelungen geregelt. BIS steht f\u00fcr das Bureau of Indian Standards, die nationale Normungsorganisation, die auf der Grundlage des\u00a0<strong>Gesetz \u00fcber das Bureau of Indian Standards 2016<\/strong>. Es gibt zwei Arten von Produktzertifizierungssystemen:\u00a0<strong>Schema 1 -\u00a0<\/strong>Indische Normungsbeh\u00f6rde<strong>\u00a0(ISI)\u00a0<\/strong>und<strong>\u00a0Schema 2 -\u00a0<\/strong>System der obligatorischen Registrierung<strong>\u00a0(CRS).<\/strong><\/p><p>Seit 2018 wurden 63 Chemikalien in die BIS-Liste aufgenommen, f\u00fcr die individuelle Fristen f\u00fcr die Umsetzung durch die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von Qualit\u00e4tskontrollanweisungen (QOCs) gelten. Das bedeutet, dass Hersteller oder Importeure von chemischen Stoffen, die auf der BIS-Liste stehen, die Zertifizierung vor ihrer Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit beantragen m\u00fcssen und eine\u00a0<strong>BIS-Lizenzen<\/strong>.
