La Ley de Sustancias Qu\u00edmicas regula la manipulaci\u00f3n de sustancias qu\u00edmicas, la seguridad en la manipulaci\u00f3n de sustancias qu\u00edmicas, los derechos y obligaciones de las organizaciones y personas que se dedican a la manipulaci\u00f3n de sustancias qu\u00edmicas y la gesti\u00f3n estatal de la manipulaci\u00f3n de sustancias qu\u00edmicas. La principal autoridad encargada de la gesti\u00f3n de productos qu\u00edmicos es el Ministerio de Industria y Comercio (MOIT). La ley vietnamita sobre productos qu\u00edmicos est\u00e1 respaldada por varios decretos. Las sustancias que no figuren en el inventario se considerar\u00e1n nuevas y deber\u00e1n registrarse antes de que puedan utilizarse, importarse o producirse en Vietnam. Hasta ahora, hay 5 ocasiones en las que las empresas pueden proponer sustancias para el inventario. El inventario contiene unas 40.000 sustancias. El nuevo plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de sustancias es\u00a0<strong>15 de abril de 2021<\/strong>. Se espera que el borrador final del inventario se publique a finales de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7da428 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e7da428\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sustancia propuesta al NCI<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a82fa8 elementor-widget proponer sustancias al NCI se requiere la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p><ul><li>Nombre qu\u00edmico (IUPAC)<\/li><li>N\u00ba CAS<\/li><li>Ficha de datos de seguridad (FDS) - seg\u00fan el Decreto vietnamita n.\u00ba 113\/2017\/ND-CP y la Circular n.\u00ba. 04\/2012\/TT-BCT en vietnamita<\/li><li>Documentos que demuestren que los productos qu\u00edmicos se utilizan en Vietnam (como contratos de compra, facturas, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><p>La autoridad vietnamita evaluar\u00e1 las sustancias y decidir\u00e1 si deben incluirse en el inventario.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div vietnamita<\/li><li>Consulte con empresas de cumplimiento de la normativa para cumplir sus responsabilidades como fabricantes y proveedores y garantizar el acceso al mercado The\u00a0Decree\u00a0No. 113\/2017\/ND-CP Specifying and providing guidelines for implementation of certain articles of the law on chemicals\u00a0in which updated on 2017 provides detailed regulations on chemical lists on licenses, classification, plans\/measures for chemical incident, safety training, declaration, etc. The\u00a0Circular 32\/2017\/TT-BCT\u00a0provides forms and guidelines of labeling, MSDS, declaration, reports, license application, plans\/measures, etc. GET IN TOUCH FOR Vietnam REACH registration National Chemical Inventory (NCI) Vietnam began to compile the national chemical inventory (NCI) in 2012. Substances that are not listed on the inventory will be considered as new substances and require registration before they can be used, imported, or produced in Vietnam. So far, there are 5 times where companies can nominate substances to the inventory. The inventory contains about 40,000 substances. The new deadline for substance submission is\u00a0April 15th, 2021. The final draft of the inventory is expected to be released by the end of this year.
