El reglamento complementario para regular el registro de sustancias,\u00a0<strong>Reglamento sobre sustancias qu\u00edmicas nuevas y existentes,<\/strong> se public\u00f3 el 11 de marzo de 2019. Los fabricantes que exportan a Taiw\u00e1n tienen que cumplir la TCCSCA. Las empresas que fabriquen o importen PEC en cantidades superiores a 1 TPA deben presentar un registro est\u00e1ndar:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Antes de\u00a0<strong>31 de diciembre de 2024<\/strong>\u00a0(si el n\u00famero de registro de la primera fase se recibe antes del 1 de enero de 2020)<\/li><li>Antes de\u00a0<strong>31 de diciembre de 2025<\/strong>\u00a0(si el n\u00famero de registro de la primera fase se recibe despu\u00e9s del 1 de enero de 2020).\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e1f738 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0e1f738\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Registro de nuevas sustancias qu\u00edmicas<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da03a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da03a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Las nuevas sustancias qu\u00edmicas pueden registrarse en tres tipos:\u00a0<strong>Registro est\u00e1ndar\u00a0<\/strong>(por encima de 1 TPA),\u00a0<strong>Registro simplificado\u00a0<\/strong>(entre 100 kilogramos y 1 TPA) y\u00a0<strong>Registro de peque\u00f1as cantidades\u00a0<\/strong>(menos de 100 kilogramos). Las empresas deben presentar su solicitud 90 d\u00edas antes de fabricar o importar.\u00a0<\/p><p>Los fabricantes no taiwaneses que no est\u00e9n dispuestos a revelar la informaci\u00f3n sobre sus productos a sus clientes taiwaneses (importadores) pueden pedir a los importadores que designen a un representante para que cumpla sus obligaciones de conformidad y de presentaci\u00f3n de informes
