UK REACH regular\u00e1 ahora el acceso al mercado de Gran Breta\u00f1a (GB), es decir, Inglaterra, Escocia y Gales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>UK REACH se ha descrito como un reflejo de su hom\u00f3logo de la UE. Con el fin de ayudar a los numerosos exportadores que probablemente se ver\u00e1n afectados por la derogaci\u00f3n de EU REACH en Gran Breta\u00f1a, UK REACH establece amplias disposiciones transitorias. Dichas disposiciones afectan tanto a los exportadores establecidos en la UE\/EEE como a los no establecidos en la UE\/EEE que trabajan con sustancias que ya est\u00e1n registradas en REACH UE y que ahora desean mantener el acceso al Reino Unido. Los fabricantes, importadores, distribuidores y usuarios intermedios brit\u00e1nicos de sustancias qu\u00edmicas deben cumplir ahora con UK REACH, la normativa brit\u00e1nica adoptada en sustituci\u00f3n de EU REACH.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52245aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"52245aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfA qui\u00e9n concierne?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddf09c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ddf09c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Empresas que desean exportar una sustancia registrada en la UE al mercado de GB, que tambi\u00e9n comercializaron esa sustancia en el mercado de GB en 2019-2020:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da03a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da03a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Estos exportadores pueden presentar una Notificaci\u00f3n de Importaci\u00f3n de Usuario Intermedio (DUIN) al HSE. Al notificar su sustancia mediante DUIN, los exportadores mantendr\u00e1n el acceso al mercado brit\u00e1nico y aplazar\u00e1n el registro de su sustancia 2, 4 o 6 a\u00f1os (en funci\u00f3n del intervalo de tonelaje y del perfil de riesgo de la sustancia).<\/p><p>Para presentar un DUIN, los exportadores no establecidos en GB deben designar a un representante exclusivo establecido en GB. El plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de DUIN expir\u00f3 el 27 de octubre de 2021, pero a\u00fan pueden presentarse DUIN tard\u00edas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f914748 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f914748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Empresas que desean exportar por primera vez al mercado brit\u00e1nico una sustancia registrada en la UE<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3f8d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3f8d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Estos exportadores pueden beneficiarse de un proceso de registro simplificado denominado Nuevo Registro de una Sustancia Existente (NRES). El NRES requiere que los exportadores:<\/p><ol><li>Enviar una consulta<\/li><li>Pagar la tasa de registro de HSE<\/li><li>Presentar un expediente de registro simplificado (que no necesita incluir la LoA)<\/li><\/ol><p>Una vez completados estos pasos, la sustancia podr\u00e1 comercializarse en el mercado brit\u00e1nico. El expediente de registro completo deber\u00e1 presentarse en un plazo de 2, 4 o 6 a\u00f1os a partir del 27 de octubre de 2021 (dependiendo del intervalo de tonelaje y del perfil de riesgo de la sustancia).<\/p><p>Tenga en cuenta que el NRES s\u00f3lo se aplica a las sustancias registradas en virtud del Reglamento REACH de la UE antes del 31 de diciembre de 2008.<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0Diciembre de 2020.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2da6c06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2da6c06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Exportadores de una sustancia no registrada en la UE que deseen acceder al mercado brit\u00e1nico:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d593276 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d593276\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los exportadores que no puedan acogerse a DUIN o NRES deber\u00e1n registrar sus sustancias en UK-REACH antes de poder comercializarlas en el mercado brit\u00e1nico. Los exportadores no establecidos en GB deben designar a un OR establecido en GB para completar el registro completo de la sustancia. Para registrarse, los exportadores deben<\/p><ol><li>Enviar una consulta<\/li><li>Pagar la tasa de registro de HSE<\/li><li>Presentar un expediente de inscripci\u00f3n completo (incluida la LoA)<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b1363e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b1363e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title anteriores\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Compruebe si la sustancia ya est\u00e1 registrada en EU-REACH, ya que las sustancias registradas en la UE le permiten optar a DUIN.\u00a0<\/li><li>Comprobar si la sustancia se va a introducir por primera vez en el RB - Presentar la solicitud y el expediente de registro lo antes posible\u00a0<\/li><li>La presentaci\u00f3n temprana significa la posibilidad de formar parte de un grupo de sustancias, por lo que hay que dar prioridad a las sustancias que se presenten a consulta inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de DUIN.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Compruebe si la FDS GB manufacturers, importers, distributors and downstream users of chemical substances must now comply with UK REACH, the UK regulation adopted in replacement of EU REACH. Who is concerned? Companies seeking to export an EU-registered substance to the GB market, who also placed that substance on the GB market in 2019-2020: Such exporters may submit a Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) to HSE. By notifying their substance via DUIN, exporters will maintain access to the GB-market while deferring the registration of their substance by 2, 4 or 6 years (depending on the tonnage band and risk profile of the substance). To submit a DUIN, non-GB based exporters need to appoint a GB-based Only Representative. The deadline for DUIN expired on 27 October 2021, however late-DUINs can still be submitted. Companies seeking to export an EU-registered substance to the GB market for the first time These exporters may benefit form a simplified registration process named New Registration of an Existing Substance (NRES). NRES requires exporters to: Submit an Inquiry Pay HSE\u2019s registration fee Submit a simplified registration dossier (which does not need to include the LoA) Once these steps have been completed the substance can be placed on the GB-market. The full registration dossier will have to be submitted within 2, 4 or 6 years form 27 October 2021 (depending on the tonnage band and risk profile of the substance) Please note that NRES only applies to substances that were registered under EU REACH before 31st\u00a0December 2020. Exporters of a non-EU-registered substance wishing to access the GB market: Exporters who do not qualify for DUIN or NRES must register their substances under UK-REACH before they may place that substance on the GB-market.
