Cette loi est \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de K-REACH. La derni\u00e8re modification a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e le 13 avril 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>La loi sur l'enregistrement et l'\u00e9valuation des substances chimiques (connue sous le nom de K-REACH) a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e le 1er janvier 2015. K-REACH vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 publique et l'environnement par le biais de quatre proc\u00e9dures, \u00e0 savoir la notification ou l'enregistrement, l'\u00e9valuation, l'autorisation et la restriction des substances chimiques.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de K-REACH, les substances chimiques peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9es en trois cat\u00e9gories, selon qu'elles figurent ou non dans l'inventaire : les substances existantes, les nouvelles substances et les substances chimiques existantes prioritaires (PEC). Les proc\u00e9dures de conformit\u00e9 diff\u00e8rent selon les cat\u00e9gories de substances et la fourchette de tonnage.<\/p><p>Il existe deux types d'exemption : l'exemption avec obligation de confirmation et l'exemption sans obligation d'action. The Ministry of Environment of Korea (MoE) published the Act on Registration and Evaluation,\u00a0etc.\u00a0of Chemical Substances on January 1, 2015. The Act is also known as K-REACH. The recent amendment was published on April 13th, 2021. The Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (known as K-REACH) was published on January 1, 2015. K-REACH aims to protect public health and the environment, which is achieved through four procedures, namely notification or registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals. Under K-REACH, depending on if a substance is listed in the inventory, chemical substances can be divided into 3 categories, which are existing substances, new substances, and\u202fPriority Existing Chemicals (PEC) substances. Compliance procedures differ according to the substance categories and tonnage band. There are 2 types of exemptions: confirmation required exemption and no action required exemption. The proof of exemption should be submitted for the confirmation required exemption. For substance less than 100 Kg\/year, it only requires notification and does not need to go through hazard evaluation.\u202f\u00a0 PEC Substance Manufacturers or importers of a\u202fPEC (Priority Existing Chemicals) substance\u202fneed to register the substances\u00a0prior to\u202fmanufacture or import. Pre-registration of PEC substance is not possible as the transition period has already passed. Existing Substance For existing substances\u00a0above 1 Tonne Per Annum (TPA) (excluding exempt substances), they must be registered\u202fwithin given grace periods.
