La loi sur les produits chimiques pr\u00e9voit des r\u00e9glementations sur la manipulation des produits chimiques, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la manipulation des produits chimiques, les droits et les obligations des organisations et des personnes engag\u00e9es dans la manipulation des produits chimiques, et la gestion publique de la manipulation des produits chimiques. La principale autorit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de la gestion des produits chimiques est le minist\u00e8re de l'industrie et du commerce (MOIT). La loi sur les produits chimiques au Vi\u00eat Nam est \u00e9tay\u00e9e par plusieurs d\u00e9crets. Les substances qui ne figurent pas dans l'inventaire seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des substances nouvelles et devront \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9es avant de pouvoir \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es, import\u00e9es ou produites au Vi\u00eat Nam. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les entreprises peuvent d\u00e9signer des substances pour l'inventaire \u00e0 cinq reprises. L'inventaire contient environ 40 000 substances. Le nouveau d\u00e9lai pour la soumission des substances est le suivant\u00a0<strong>15 avril 2021<\/strong>. Le projet final de l'inventaire devrait \u00eatre publi\u00e9 d'ici la fin de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7da428 CAS<\/li><li>Fiche de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS) - conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret vietnamien n\u00b0 113\/2017\/ND-CP et \u00e0 la circulaire n\u00b0 04\/2012\/TT-BCT en langue vietnamienne. 04\/2012\/TT-BCT en langue vietnamienne<\/li><li>Document montrant que les produits chimiques sont utilis\u00e9s au Vi\u00eat Nam (contrat d'achat, factures, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><p>L'autorit\u00e9 vietnamienne \u00e9valuera les substances et d\u00e9cidera si elles doivent \u00eatre incluses dans
