UK REACH r\u00e9glementera d\u00e9sormais l'acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 de la Grande-Bretagne (GB), c'est-\u00e0-dire de l'Angleterre, de l'\u00c9cosse et du Pays de Galles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>UK REACH a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crit comme \u00e9tant le reflet de son homologue europ\u00e9en. Dans le but d'aider les nombreux exportateurs susceptibles d'\u00eatre affect\u00e9s par l'abrogation du r\u00e8glement REACH de l'UE en Grande-Bretagne, le r\u00e8glement REACH du Royaume-Uni pr\u00e9voit des dispositions transitoires compl\u00e8tes. Ces dispositions concernent \u00e0 la fois les exportateurs bas\u00e9s dans l'UE\/EEE et les exportateurs non bas\u00e9s dans l'UE\/EEE qui traitent des substances d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9es dans le cadre de REACH UE et qui souhaitent conserver l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la Grande-Bretagne. En notifiant leur substance via DUIN, les exportateurs conserveront l'acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 britannique tout en reportant l'enregistrement de leur substance de 2, 4 ou 6 ans (en fonction de la fourchette de tonnage et du profil de risque de la substance).<\/p><p>Pour soumettre un DUIN, les exportateurs non bas\u00e9s en GB doivent nommer un repr\u00e9sentant exclusif bas\u00e9 en GB. La date limite de soumission des DUIN a expir\u00e9 le 27 octobre 2021, mais les DUIN tardifs peuvent encore \u00eatre soumis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f914748 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f914748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Entreprises cherchant \u00e0 exporter une substance enregistr\u00e9e dans l'UE vers le march\u00e9 britannique pour la premi\u00e8re fois<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3f8d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3f8d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ces exportateurs peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une proc\u00e9dure d'enregistrement simplifi\u00e9e appel\u00e9e Nouvel enregistrement d'une substance existante (NESE). Le NRES exige des exportateurs qu'ils<\/p><ol><li>Soumettre une demande<\/li><li>Payer les frais d'enregistrement de HSE<\/li><li>Soumettre un dossier d'enregistrement simplifi\u00e9 (qui ne doit pas inclure la LdA)<\/li><\/ol><p>Une fois ces \u00e9tapes franchies, la substance peut \u00eatre mise sur le march\u00e9 britannique. Les exportateurs qui ne sont pas bas\u00e9s en Grande-Bretagne doivent nommer un repr\u00e9sentant bas\u00e9 en Grande-Bretagne pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'enregistrement complet de la substance. GB manufacturers, importers, distributors and downstream users of chemical substances must now comply with UK REACH, the UK regulation adopted in replacement of EU REACH. Who is concerned? Companies seeking to export an EU-registered substance to the GB market, who also placed that substance on the GB market in 2019-2020: Such exporters may submit a Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) to HSE. By notifying their substance via DUIN, exporters will maintain access to the GB-market while deferring the registration of their substance by 2, 4 or 6 years (depending on the tonnage band and risk profile of the substance). To submit a DUIN, non-GB based exporters need to appoint a GB-based Only Representative. The deadline for DUIN expired on 27 October 2021, however late-DUINs can still be submitted. Companies seeking to export an EU-registered substance to the GB market for the first time These exporters may benefit form a simplified registration process named New Registration of an Existing Substance (NRES). NRES requires exporters to: Submit an Inquiry Pay HSE\u2019s registration fee Submit a simplified registration dossier (which does not need to include the LoA) Once these steps have been completed the substance can be placed on the GB-market. The full registration dossier will have to be submitted within 2, 4 or 6 years form 27 October 2021 (depending on the tonnage band and risk profile of the substance) Please note that NRES only applies to substances that were registered under EU REACH before 31st\u00a0December 2020. Exporters of a non-EU-registered substance wishing to access the GB market: Exporters who do not qualify for DUIN or NRES must register their substances under UK-REACH before they may place that substance on the GB-market. Non-GB based exporters must appoint a GB-based OR to complete the full registration of the substance.\u00a0To register, exporters need to Submit an Inquiry Pay HSE\u2019s registration fee Submit a full registration dossier (including the LoA) Which procedure applies to your business?
