La cr\u00e9ation d'un organisme national de normalisation en Inde repose sur la loi sur le Bureau des normes indiennes (Bureau of Indian Standards Act) adopt\u00e9e en 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs du BIS Act comprennent le d\u00e9veloppement harmonieux des activit\u00e9s de normalisation, d'\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 et d'assurance qualit\u00e9 des biens, des articles, des processus, des syst\u00e8mes et des services. L'autorit\u00e9 responsable est le Bureau of Indian Standards. fabricants non indiens, se conformer \u00e0 la certification BIS<strong>Repr\u00e9sentant indien autoris\u00e9 (RIA)<\/strong>\u00a0peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour faciliter le processus de demande, notamment :\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Document requis<\/li><li>Documentation et d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande\u00a0<\/li><li>Inspection de l'usine par un auditeur indien<\/li><li>Fourniture d'\u00e9chantillons d'essai par l'AIR et ex\u00e9cution des essais<\/li><li>Marquage et \u00e9tiquetage des produits avec la norme ou les marques ISI pour la certification BIS<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f223b40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f223b40\" nombre de produits chimiques sont r\u00e9glement\u00e9s dans le cadre des r\u00e9gimes du BIS. BIS est l'abr\u00e9viation de Bureau of Indian Standards (Bureau des normes indiennes), l'organisme national de normalisation cr\u00e9\u00e9 sur la base de l'Accord de libre-\u00e9change nord-am\u00e9ricain (ALENA).\u00a0<strong>Loi sur le Bureau des normes indiennes 2016<\/strong>. La loi contient des dispositions permettant au gouvernement de soumettre \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime de certification obligatoire tout produit ou article d'une industrie, d'un processus, d'un syst\u00e8me ou d'un service r\u00e9pertori\u00e9, qu'il juge n\u00e9cessaire dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat public ou pour la protection de la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'environnement, la pr\u00e9vention des pratiques commerciales d\u00e9loyales ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale. Il existe deux types de syst\u00e8mes de certification des produits :\u00a0<strong>Sch\u00e9ma 1 -\u00a0<\/strong>Institution indienne de normalisation<strong>\u00a0(ISI)\u00a0<\/strong>et<strong>\u00a0Sch\u00e9ma 2 -\u00a0<\/strong>R\u00e9gime d'enregistrement obligatoire<strong>\u00a0(CRS).<\/strong><\/p><p>Depuis 2018, 63 substances chimiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es \u00e0 la liste BIS avec des d\u00e9lais individuels de mise en \u0153uvre via la publication de contr\u00f4les de l'ordre de qualit\u00e9 (QOC). Cela signifie que les fabricants ou importateurs de substances chimiques figurant sur la liste BIS doivent demander la certification avant leurs activit\u00e9s commerciales et obtenir un certificat de qualit\u00e9.\u00a0<strong>Licences BIS<\/strong>. Pour se conformer \u00e0 la certification BIS, les fabricants non indiens peuvent nommer un repr\u00e9sentant de la BIS.<strong>\u00a0Repr\u00e9sentant indien autoris\u00e9 (RIA)<\/strong>\u00a0pour
