La legge \u00e8 nota anche come K-REACH. La recente modifica \u00e8 stata pubblicata il 13 aprile 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>La legge sulla registrazione e la valutazione delle sostanze chimiche (nota come K-REACH) \u00e8 stata pubblicata il 1\u00b0 gennaio 2015. K-REACH mira a proteggere la salute pubblica e l'ambiente, attraverso quattro procedure: notifica o registrazione, valutazione, autorizzazione e restrizione delle sostanze chimiche.<\/p><p>Secondo K-REACH, a seconda che una sostanza sia elencata nell'inventario, le sostanze chimiche possono essere suddivise in 3 categorie: sostanze esistenti, nuove sostanze e sostanze prioritarie esistenti (PEC). Le procedure di conformit\u00e0 variano a seconda delle categorie di sostanze e della fascia di tonnellaggio.<\/p><p>Esistono due tipi di esenzione: l'esenzione con obbligo di conferma e l'esenzione senza obbligo di azione. The recent amendment was published on April 13th, 2021. The Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (known as K-REACH) was published on January 1, 2015. K-REACH aims to protect public health and the environment, which is achieved through four procedures, namely notification or registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals. Under K-REACH, depending on if a substance is listed in the inventory, chemical substances can be divided into 3 categories, which are existing substances, new substances, and\u202fPriority Existing Chemicals (PEC) substances. Compliance procedures differ according to the substance categories and tonnage band. There are 2 types of exemptions: confirmation required exemption and no action required exemption. The proof of exemption should be submitted for the confirmation required exemption. Pre-registration of PEC substance is not possible as the transition period has already passed. Existing Substance For existing substances\u00a0above 1 Tonne Per Annum (TPA) (excluding exempt substances), they must be registered\u202fwithin given grace periods.
