Inoltre, solo le sostanze elencate tra le \"Sostanze prioritarie che devono essere registrate\" nella Tabella II dell'ICMSR devono essere registrate.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4027f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c4027f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quali sono i principali obblighi dell'ICMSR?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c1cc39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7c1cc39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Notifica<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da03a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da03a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La notifica \u00e8 necessaria per tutte le sostanze immesse nel Territorio Indiano in quantit\u00e0 superiori a 1 TPA.\u00a0<\/p><p>L'ICMSR includer\u00e0 un periodo di notifica iniziale (Initial Notification Period, INP) in cui i produttori, gli importatori e i rappresentanti autorizzati dovranno notificare le loro sostanze. L'attuale bozza prevede un INP di 180 giorni, a partire dall'entrata in vigore dell'ICMSR. Le sostanze notificate durante l'INP saranno considerate Sostanze Esistenti.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le sostanze non notificate durante l'INP saranno considerate nuove sostanze. Se immesse nel mercato indiano in quantit\u00e0 superiori a 1 TPA, devono essere notificate almeno 60 giorni prima dell'immissione nel territorio indiano.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddf09c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ddf09c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Registrazione<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f223b40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f223b40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Oltre alla notifica, alcune sostanze dovranno essere registrate se immesse nel Territorio indiano in quantit\u00e0 superiori a 1 TPA. Queste sostanze dovranno essere registrate anche quando sono presenti in articoli dai quali sono destinate o possono essere rilasciate in quantit\u00e0 superiori a 1 tonnellata per produttore o importatore e per anno.\u00a0<\/p><p>L'ICMSR adotta un approccio alla registrazione basato sull'elenco. Tutte le sostanze elencate nella Tabella II devono essere registrate entro 18 mesi dalla loro inclusione nella Tabella.\u00a0<\/p><p>Anche gli intermedi - sostanze prodotte, consumate o utilizzate nei processi chimici per essere trasformate in altre sostanze - sono soggetti a obblighi di registrazione, che variano a seconda della loro quantit\u00e0 e del fatto che siano stoccati o trasportati.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f914748 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f914748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Segnalazione<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3f8d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3f8d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p>Le informazioni fornite al momento della notifica e della registrazione devono essere regolarmente aggiornate.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Nei primi 60 giorni dell'anno solare deve essere redatto un rapporto annuale per tutte le sostanze notificate. Questo rapporto deve includere qualsiasi modifica alle informazioni presentate al momento della notifica, nonch\u00e9 la quantit\u00e0 effettiva di sostanze immesse nel Territorio Indiano (comprese le eventuali modifiche alle tariffe applicabili).\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Le modifiche alle informazioni presentate al momento della registrazione devono essere comunicate, se hanno un impatto sulla gestione dei pericoli o dei rischi, entro 60 giorni da quando il registrante ne \u00e8 venuto a conoscenza.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Additionally, only substances that are listed in \u201cPriority Substances Required to be Registered\u201d in Schedule II of the ICMSR need to be registered. What are the main obligations under ICMSR? Notification Notification is required for all substances placed in Indian Territory in quantities above 1 TPA. The ICMSR will include an Initial Notification Period (INP) where manufacturers, importers and Authorised Representatives should notify their substances. The current Draft provides for an INP of 180 days, counting from the entry into force of the ICMSR. Substances notified during the INP will be considered Existing Substances. Substances not notified during the INP will be considered as New Substances. If placed in the Indian market in quantities above 1 TPA, they must be notified at least 60 days prior to being placed in Indian Territory. Registration In addition to Notification, some substances will require Registration if placed in Indian Territory in quantities above 1 TPA. These substances will also require Registration when present in Articles from which they are intended or likely to be released in quantities greater than 1 tonne per producer or importer and year. The ICMSR adopts a listing approach to Registration. All substances listed in Schedule II must be Registered within the 18 months following their inclusion in the Schedule. Intermediates \u2013 substances that are manufactured for, consumed in, or used in chemical processing to be transformed into other substances \u2013 also incur Registration obligations, which vary according to their quantity and whether they are stored or transported. Reporting The information submitted at the time of Notification and Registration must be regularly updated. An annual report must be set for all notified substances during the first 60 days of the calendar year. This report must include any changes to the information submitted at the time of notification, as well as the actual quantity of substances placed in Indian Territory (including any applicable fee changes). Changes to the information submitted at the time of a Registration must, if they affect hazard or risk management, be notified within the 60 days after the registerer has become aware of the changes.
