Nel 2019, il<b>\u00a0Consiglio generale della sanit\u00e0 (CGS)<\/b>\u00a0proposto il\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"https:\/\/csg.gob.mx\/descargas\/MundoQuimico\/Acuerdo_CSG_SQ_csb_lrb-2_12_19.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politica nazionale globale per la gestione delle sostanze chimiche<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">. La proposta del CHS intendeva porre l'onere della prova sulle aziende per dimostrare che le sostanze sono sicure; consentire alle autorit\u00e0 di imporre restrizioni e divieti sulle sostanze chimiche dopo una valutazione; imporre l'obbligo ai produttori o alle aziende importatrici di fornire informazioni regolari, ecc. In totale, il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gpcgateway.com\/regulatory-regions\/mexico\/inventory\/Mjg%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inventario\u00a0<\/a>ha 5.852 sostanze chimiche presenti e si basa sul 2009 come anno di riferimento.  L'inventario \u00e8 stato caratterizzato pi\u00f9 che altro come un catalogo, poich\u00e9 non ha imposto alcun obbligo al mercato nazionale, ma \u00e8 stato il passo iniziale per la creazione di un progetto pilota.<\/p><p>Nel 2018, il\u00a0<b><strong>Istituto Nazionale di Statistica e Geografia (INEGI)\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>ha pubblicato il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.snieg.mx\/DocumentacionPortal\/Normatividad\/vigente\/Lineamientos_CNSQ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linee guida per l'utilizzo del Catalogo nazionale delle sostanze chimiche a fini statistici e geografici<\/a>. Il documento tiene conto delle informazioni fornite dall'industria chimica nazionale e dagli importatori, oltre a essere uno strumento di omologazione per le sostanze raccolte finora.<\/p><p>Nel dicembre 2020, l'Associazione nazionale dell'industria chimica (ANIQ)<a href=\"https:\/\/aniq.org.mx\/webpublico\/Notas\/Nota.asp?id=252\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0modifiche proposte all'inventario nazionale delle sostanze chimiche<\/a>che prevede la possibilit\u00e0 di migliorare la gestione dei prodotti chimici valutando la sostanza attraverso il suo ciclo di vita. Secondo la proposta dell'ANIQ, l'inventario suggerito servirebbe come base per il futuro avanzamento della regolamentazione sulle sostanze chimiche, supporterebbe un migliore processo decisionale e contribuirebbe all'industria nazionale. Si prevede che le agenzie collaborino per rafforzare e snellire il processo di attuazione della proposta, presentando un progetto che non si limiti a controllare, ma promuova e sviluppi la produzione dell'industria. N\u00e9 l'ANIQ n\u00e9 il CGS hanno reso pubbliche le modifiche (fino a questa data di pubblicazione).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element responsabile dell'incorporazione degli standard GHS quinta versione in Messico, con un periodo di transizione di 3 anni, entrato in vigore nell'ottobre In total, the\u00a0inventory\u00a0has 5.852 chemicals present and is based on 2009 as the reference year. \u00a0The inventory was more characterized as a catalog since it did not impose any obligation on the national market, it was the initial step for a pilot project to be established. In 2018, the\u00a0National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI)\u00a0published the\u00a0Guidelines for the use of the National Catalog of Chemical Substances for statistical and geographic purposes. The document considered information provided by the national chemical industry and importers, in addition to being a homologation tool for substances collected so far. In December 2020,\u00a0National Chemical Industry Association (ANIQ)\u00a0proposed changes to the national chemical substance inventory, which includes the possibility to improve the management of chemicals by assessing the substance through its life cycle. According to ANIQ\u2019s proposal, the suggested inventory would serve as a basis for future chemical regulation advancement, support a better decision-making process, and contribute to the national industry. It is predicted that the agencies are working together to strengthen and streamline the proposal implementation process, presenting a project that does not only control but also promotes and develops the industry\u2019s production.
