La legge sui prodotti chimici prevede norme sulla manipolazione dei prodotti chimici, sulla sicurezza nella manipolazione dei prodotti chimici, sui diritti e sugli obblighi delle organizzazioni e degli individui impegnati nella manipolazione dei prodotti chimici e sulla gestione statale della manipolazione dei prodotti chimici. La principale autorit\u00e0 responsabile della gestione delle sostanze chimiche \u00e8 il Ministero dell'Industria e del Commercio (MOIT). La legge sulle sostanze chimiche in Vietnam \u00e8 supportata da vari decreti. Il\u00a0<strong>Decreto n. 113\/2017\/ND-CP Specifica e fornisce le linee guida per l'attuazione di alcuni articoli della legge sulle sostanze chimiche<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>aggiornato al 2017, fornisce norme dettagliate sugli elenchi di sostanze chimiche, sulle licenze, sulla classificazione, sui piani\/misure in caso di incidente chimico, sulla formazione in materia di sicurezza, sulla dichiarazione, ecc. Le sostanze non elencate nell'inventario saranno considerate nuove sostanze e dovranno essere registrate prima di poter essere utilizzate, importate o prodotte in Vietnam. Ad oggi, ci sono 5 momenti in cui le aziende possono nominare le sostanze da inserire nell'inventario. L'inventario contiene circa 40.000 sostanze. La nuova scadenza per la presentazione delle sostanze \u00e8\u00a0<strong>15 aprile 2021<\/strong>. La bozza finale dell'inventario dovrebbe essere rilasciata entro la fine dell'anno.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7da428 CAS<\/li><li>Scheda di sicurezza (SDS) - come da decreto vietnamita n. 113\/2017\/ND-CP e circolare n. 04\/2012\/TT-BCT in lingua vietnamita. 04\/2012\/TT-BCT in lingua vietnamita<\/li><li>Documenti che dimostrino l'utilizzo dei prodotti chimici in Vietnam (come contratti di acquisto, fatture, ecc.)<\/li><\/ul><p>L'autorit\u00e0 vietnamita valuter\u00e0 le sostanze e decider\u00e0 se includerle Substances that are not listed on the inventory will be considered as new substances and require registration before they can be used, imported, or produced in Vietnam. So far, there are 5 times where companies can nominate substances to the inventory. The inventory contains about 40,000 substances. The new deadline for substance submission is\u00a0April 15th, 2021.
