However, the system continues to accept pre-registrations, and pre-registration must be completed as soon as possible.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Temporary\u00a0Registration\u00a0(30 September 2026):<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If there are companies that will not be able to complete the full registration process on time, they may\u00a0submit\u00a0a temporary registration dossier. Regardless of whether they are individual registrants, lead registrants, or members, and irrespective of tonnage, all temporary registration dossiers must be\u00a0submitted\u00a0to the Ministry by 30 September 2026. Exporters who wish to enter the Turkish market but missed the pre-registration should pre-register as soon as possible to be able to\u00a0benefit\u00a0from the advantages of joint registration. GET IN TOUCH FOR T\u00fcrkiye REACH REGISTRATION KKDIK (aka T\u00fcrkiye REACH) came into force on\u202fthe 23rd of June 2017 and has replaced three existing regulations on chemicals and mixtures to regulate the chemical inventory, enforce secure usage, and risk management on hazardous substances, and promote alternatives to hazardous substances or procedures. The regulation provides the means of registration, evaluation, authorization, and restrictions of chemicals and safeguarding human health and the environment. It also encourages using alternative methods for evaluating the hazard of substances such as decreasing the number of animal tests and encouraging innovation so that the competitiveness of the Turkish chemical industry will be enhanced. Current Deadlines The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change of T\u00fcrkiye\u202fannounced new KKDIK deadlines for the registration process. Joint Registration Joint registration aims\u202fto decrease the cost of registration by splitting the fee etc. and reduce the number of animal\u202ftests. Lead registrants, who are appointed by the\u202fSIEF\u202fmembers for each substance, prepare and\u00a0submit\u00a0the joint registration dossier on behalf of the SIEF. GPC\u202fcan undertake the lead registrant role upon your request. Having\u202fmanaged approximately 1200 registration dossiers including 400 lead registrations in EU REACH, GPC is the holder of data for many substances and thus, we offer you the advantage of having a much faster &amp; cost-effective registration process for the\u202fSIEFs\u202fthat we are the lead of. KKDIK Timeline consists of 3 main phases: Pre-registration (Deadline has passed): The deadline set by the Ministry for pre-registration has passed. However, the system continues to accept pre-registrations, and pre-registration must be completed as soon as possible. Temporary\u00a0Registration\u00a0(30 September 2026): If there are companies that will not be able to complete the full registration process on time, they may\u00a0submit\u00a0a temporary registration dossier.
