Il regolamento UK REACH regolamenter\u00e0 l'accesso al mercato della Gran Bretagna (GB), ovvero Inghilterra, Scozia e Galles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il regolamento UK REACH \u00e8 stato descritto come speculare alla sua controparte europea. Con l'obiettivo di assistere i numerosi esportatori che potrebbero essere colpiti dall'abrogazione del REACH UE in Gran Bretagna, il REACH britannico prevede disposizioni transitorie complete. Tali disposizioni riguardano sia gli esportatori con sede nell'UE\/SEE che quelli con sede fuori dall'UE\/SEE che trattano sostanze gi\u00e0 registrate ai sensi del REACH UE e che desiderano mantenere l'accesso alla Gran Bretagna. I produttori, gli importatori, i distributori e gli utilizzatori a valle di sostanze chimiche della Gran Bretagna devono ora conformarsi all'UK REACH, il regolamento britannico adottato in sostituzione dell'EU REACH.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52245aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"52245aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Chi \u00e8 interessato?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddf09c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ddf09c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le aziende che intendono esportare una sostanza registrata nell'UE nel mercato della GB e che hanno immesso tale sostanza nel mercato della GB nel 2019-2020:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da03a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da03a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tali esportatori possono presentare all'HSE una Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN). Notificando la propria sostanza tramite DUIN, gli esportatori manterranno l'accesso al mercato britannico, rinviando al contempo la registrazione della sostanza di 2, 4 o 6 anni (a seconda della fascia di tonnellaggio e del profilo di rischio della sostanza).<\/p><p>Per presentare un DUIN, gli esportatori non residenti in GB devono nominare un Rappresentante Unico con sede in GB. Il termine per la presentazione del DUIN \u00e8 scaduto il 27 ottobre 2021, ma \u00e8 ancora possibile presentare DUIN tardivi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f914748 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f914748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Societ\u00e0 che desiderano esportare per la prima volta una sostanza registrata nell'UE nel mercato britannico<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3f8d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3f8d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Questi esportatori possono beneficiare di una procedura di registrazione semplificata denominata Nuova Registrazione di una Sostanza Esistente (NRES). La NRES richiede agli esportatori di:<\/p><ol><li>Invia una richiesta<\/li><li>Pagare la tassa di registrazione dell'HSE<\/li><li>Presentare un dossier di registrazione semplificato (che non deve includere la LoA).<\/li><\/ol><p>Una volta completate queste fasi, la sostanza pu\u00f2 essere immessa sul mercato GB. Il dossier di registrazione completo dovr\u00e0 essere presentato entro 2, 4 o 6 anni dal 27 ottobre 2021 (a seconda della fascia di tonnellaggio e del profilo di rischio della sostanza).<\/p><p>Si prega di notare che l'NRES si applica solo alle sostanze registrate ai sensi del regolamento REACH dell'UE prima del 31 dicembre 2011.<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0Dicembre 2020.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2da6c06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2da6c06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Esportatori di sostanze non registrate nell'UE che desiderano accedere al mercato britannico:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d593276 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d593276\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gli esportatori che non si qualificano per DUIN o NRES devono registrare le loro sostanze secondo UK-REACH prima di poterle immettere sul mercato britannico. Gli esportatori che non hanno sede in GB devono nominare un RUP con sede in GB per completare la registrazione completa della sostanza. Per la registrazione, gli esportatori devono<\/p><ol><li>Invia una richiesta<\/li><li>Pagare la tassa di registrazione dell'HSE<\/li><li>Presentare un dossier di registrazione completo (compresa la LoA)<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b1363e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b1363e\" precedenti.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Verificare se la sostanza \u00e8 gi\u00e0 registrata in EU-REACH, in quanto le sostanze registrate nell'UE consentono di ottenere il DUIN.\u00a0<\/li><li>Verificare se la sostanza sar\u00e0 immessa per la prima volta nel GB - Presentare il dossier di richiesta e di registrazione il prima possibile\u00a0<\/li><li>La presentazione anticipata significa la possibilit\u00e0 di far parte di un gruppo di sostanze, per cui \u00e8 necessario dare priorit\u00e0 alle sostanze da sottoporre a indagine subito dopo il DUIN.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Controllare se la SDS \u00e8 aggiornata o meno - la classificazione delle sostanze deve essere conforme al nuovo GB CLP.\u00a0<\/li><li>Identificare l'OR competente che si assuma le responsabilit\u00e0 per le vostre conformit\u00e0 UK-REACH.\u00a0<\/li><li>Siate trasparenti nei confronti della vostra sala operatoria e fornite informazioni complete per evitare qualsiasi non To submit a DUIN, non-GB based exporters need to appoint a GB-based Only Representative. The deadline for DUIN expired on 27 October 2021, however late-DUINs can still be submitted.
