L'istituzione di un organismo di normazione nazionale in India si basa sul Bureau of Indian Standards Act, istituito nel 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gli obiettivi della legge BIS comprendono lo sviluppo armonioso delle attivit\u00e0 di standardizzazione, valutazione della conformit\u00e0 e garanzia della qualit\u00e0 di beni, articoli, processi, sistemi e servizi. L'autorit\u00e0 responsabile \u00e8 il Bureau of Indian Standards. produttori non indiani che si conformano alla certificazione BIS<strong>Rappresentante indiano autorizzato (AIR)<\/strong>\u00a0Possono essere nominati dei consulenti per assistere il processo di candidatura, tra cui:\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Documento richiesto<\/li><li>Documentazione e presentazione della domanda\u00a0<\/li><li>Ispezione in fabbrica da parte di un revisore indiano<\/li><li>Fornitura di campioni di prova da parte dell'AIR ed esecuzione dei test<\/li><li>Marcatura ed etichettatura dei prodotti con i marchi standard o ISI per la certificazione BIS<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f223b40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f223b40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Oltre alle norme sopra citate, un certo numero di sostanze chimiche \u00e8 regolato dagli schemi BIS. BIS \u00e8 l'acronimo di Bureau of Indian Standards, l'ente di standardizzazione nazionale istituito sulla base del\u00a0<strong>Legge sugli standard indiani del 2016<\/strong>. La legge prevede disposizioni che consentono al Governo di sottoporre a regime di certificazione obbligatoria qualsiasi prodotto o articolo di qualsiasi industria, processo, sistema o servizio che ritenga necessario nell'interesse pubblico o per la protezione della salute umana, animale o vegetale, la sicurezza dell'ambiente, la prevenzione di pratiche commerciali sleali o la sicurezza nazionale. For non-Indian manufacturers\u00a0to comply with BIS certification, Authorized Indian Representative (AIR)\u00a0can be appointed to assist the application process, including:\u00a0 Required document Documentation and application submission\u00a0 Factory inspection by Indian auditor Provision of test samples by the AIR and execution of the tests Marking and\u00a0labelling\u00a0of products with the standard or ISI marks for BIS certification In addition to above-mention rules, a number of chemicals are regulated under the BIS schemes. BIS stands for the\u00a0Bureau of Indian Standards, the National Standards Body established based on the\u00a0Bureau of Indian Standards Act 2016. The Act has enabling provisions for the Government to bring under compulsory certification regime any goods or article of any scheduled industry, process, system or service which it considers necessary\u00a0in the public interest or for the protection of human, animal or plant health, safety of the environment, or prevention of unfair trade practices, or national security. There are two types of product certification schemes:\u00a0Scheme 1 \u2013\u00a0Indian Standards Institution\u00a0(ISI)\u00a0and\u00a0Scheme 2 \u2013\u00a0Compulsory Registration Scheme\u00a0(CRS). Since 2018, 63 chemicals have been added to the BIS list with individual timelines for implementation via the publication of Quality Order Controls (QOCs).
