What Happens if a Substance Is Not Listed in the Chemical Inventory?<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First we check substance identity, search results from the recognized-inventory, and corresponding provisions. Based on this information we check whether a new-chemical registration is required and which procedure has to be followed.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>4. Can Foreign Manufacturers Register Chemicals in Vietnam?<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support from foreign manufacturers (MANU) is required to prepare technical part of dossiers (technical data). It is also required that MANU coordinate with local partners of their Vietnamese customers in registration process.
