Since 2008, we have emerged as one of the leading names among Global Regulatory Compliance service providers with Representation services in Europa, Asien, and the Middle East for respective chemical regulations.

Our extensive experience in regulatory compliance services started with EU REACH but our large client base has motivated us to venture into every new regulation that has emerged over the past few years like Cosmetics Regulations (EU, India, and the USA), Südkorea und KKDIK, and the regulations in the UK, Eurasien, Australien, Taiwan, Japan, China, United States, Canada, Latin America etc.

GPC, being India’s largest regulatory compliance service provider, is also actively contributing towards the finalization of India’s chemical regulation and policy (Indian Chemical (Management and Safety) Rules (CMSR)). The Indian Ministry of Commerce has commissioned GPC for several studies and reports, which have contributed significantly to the upcoming Indian CMSR.

Mr. Shisher Kumra - Founder

Shisher Kumra is the founder of the GPC group of companies, which has been supporting the global compliance excellence efforts of over 1500 MNCs. He has done his graduation from Vikram University, Ujjain (India), and post-graduation from Lund University, Lund (Sweden). He has done his graduation in chemical safety and environmental engineering and post-graduation in environmental pollution prevention and environmental management, and policy.

He is a Member of the Governing Council of the Regulatory Representatives and Managers Association (RRMA) and is the Head of the Secretariat of RRMA. He has 28 years of experience in environmental law and policy in the form of cleaner production, cleaner technology, sustainability management, support to chemical policy and regulation, circular economy, regulatory representation, and setting up compliance management systems and developing related tools.

Mr. Vaibhav Diwan - General Manager

Vaibhav Diwan is the General Manager of business development and growth at the GPC group. He has more than a decade of experience in the global chemical regulatory space. He has evolved from REACH and REACH-like regulations in the chemicals sector to regulatory compliance as a business opportunity for the chemicals sector and related sectors. He builds relationships with the senior management of multinationals and helps them to grow their business globally through strategic compliance management.

He works as a Global Business Development Manager at the GPC group (Sweden) and is contributing towards a multi-dimensional approach, from change management to business development and customer management. He also works with academic and non-profit organizations towards completing projects that contribute to the advancement of regulatory research, policy, and resolving experimental bottlenecks. He holds a degree in Biotechnology and a master’s in Molecular Biology & Microbiology. He has his Ph.D. in Environmental Science.

Dr. Jayachandran Nair - CEO (India)

Dr. Jayachandran Nair is an environmentalist with over 30 years of experience. He entered the field of environment and global chemical regulations in 1993. Over his 30+ years of experience, he has presented numerous seminars and papers on chemical compliance and registrations for the EU, South Korea, Turkey, the UK, China, and other countries where REACH and REACH-like regulations are in place.

He has also presented papers on countries where REACH and REACH-like regulations are under development, like India. He has provided comprehensive knowledge, training, and awareness on compliance, which has helped various industries strategize their business to respect exports as well as domestic sales. Dr. Jayachandran Nair is a well-known personality in the chemical industry, and he is the CEO of GPC India. He is one of the key stakeholders and promoters of GPC activities globally.

Mr. Mangesh Barbate - COO

Mangesh Barbate is our Chief Operating Officer. He has 12 years of experience in the industry. He started his career in the field of chemical regulations and has done over 1200 substance registrations with ECHA. He has extensive knowledge of REACH as well as of REACH like regulations in countries such as Korea, the UK, China, Turkey, Eurasia, Australia, and Thailand. He is also keeping an eye on emerging regulations in India. He has done his Master’s in Chemistry from the University of Nagpur.

He has the expertise of working on IUCLID, Chesar, QSAR Toolbox and EPI Suite software’s. He is responsible for the team of toxicologists preparing the technical dossier, acting as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring compliance across various products, developing sustainable chemical management services, and preparing resources globally to strengthen the business.
